Copper Moose Farm New Moon Harvest Dinner line

Join Cooper Moose Farm, Park City Holistic Health, and High West Distillery Friday August 1st for our

New Moon Harvest Dinner

The evening will start with a tour of the gardens at Copper Moose Farm that will include harvesting some of the evening’s fare.  Then Jane Perkins of High West Distillery invites you to learn more about her locally crafted signature cocktails such as “Park City Summer Sun” (Vodka 7000’ with locally grown organic and sun kissed muddled fruits), and “Berry Mint Julep” (High West Rye and Copper Moose Farm mint muddled with a berry touch).

Participants will then take their cocktails to the kitchen to join Park City Holistic Health owner, Rebecca Brenner in the preparation and cooking of the evening’s dishes.  Nutritional information and best cooking practices for fresh vegetables and organic, grass fed, meats and diary will be discussed.  We will create Pork Cutlets with lemon and sage bread crumbs complimented by Cooper Moose Farm greens, heirloom tomatoes, beans, garlic, and onions in healthy, delicious side dishes and salads. Our meal will be finished off with homemade tarragon ice cream topped with berries, all from local dairy farmers and fruit growers.  The feast will be enjoyed under the stars and among the flowers along with Utah beers and wines.
