Utah's Own supports Mothers Against Drunk Driving Tie One On

Campaign by MADD

Four Utah's Own companies served breakfast to Utah Highway Patrol and West Jordan Police Officers as part of the kick off of the Tie One On for Safety campaign kicked off by the Utah MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Drivers) group.  Paul and Larry Colisimo cooked their new breakfast sausage, Lehi Roller Mills provided delicious pancakes, Oakdell eggs provided and cooked their Omega 3 eggs and Meadow Gold provided fresh milk and orange juice.   The breakfast was held at Macey's in West Jordan.  Steve Reich of Associated Food Stores, a MADD sponsor and a founding member of Utah's Own welcomed the officers and those in attendance representing MADD.

As Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) marks the first anniversary of the Campaign to Eliminate Drunk Driving, the nation prepares for a major holiday law enforcement crackdown on drunk driving. Several more states are working to add such comprehensive alcohol ignition interlock laws to their books.
