Utah's Own companies shine at Western Regional Chef's conference.

There's a BUZZ in the Western Region after several Uah's Own companies were featured during the afternoon session of the 2008 ACF Western Regional Conference held last weekend at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center April 19 - 21, 2008.

The Salt Lake Hilton was the location of the conference and provided a very attractive serving area for the buffet.
	Chefs attending the conference were impressed with the buffet created from food products produced in the state of Utah.
Chefs and food companies were a great team in preparation for the event.  Jamie Gillmor (foreground) of Morgan Valley Lamb and Peggi Whiting (dark uniform in back) of Seal Sama help Sous Chefs prepare the delicious buffet.
