| Using the contest entry page on the Utah's Own website: |

| 1. Enter your email address in the "* Email:" box as shown. |

Make sure you use the same email address with each contest entry so that all of your submissions will be credited to your same email address. If you use a different email address for contest entries, it will create a new contestant, diminishing your chances of winning. Entries from multiple contestants can not be combined toward prizes.

| 2. Enter your name in the "* First Name:" box as shown. |

Other identification information is optional and encouraged.

| 3. Enter your contest email submission addresses in the "* Enter email addresses here:" box as shown. |

| 4. Click on the "Submit" button if you are happy with your entry. Click on "Clear" if you would like to clear the screen and start again. Click on "Exit" only if you do not want to submit your entry. |

Note:
You can enter as many or as few email addresses as you prefer with each submission and you can submit new entries as many times as you would like. The date at which the entries are received will determine for which month the emails will be counted in regard to monthly prizes. |
