The program is being facilitated by the Summit County Food Coalition, which is made up of representatives from non-profits, ranchers, private businesses, government agencies, and concerned citizens. The coalition operates fiscally under the umbrella of the Uinta Headwaters RC&D Council, a 501(c) 3 organization which works on natural resource and community development projects.
